We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the British Columbia Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
1. Information We Collect

Information Received from Meta Platforms
We operate applications and integrations connected to Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to deliver marketing services on behalf of our clients. Depending on the permissions granted, these integrations may receive:
- Lead information — name, email address, phone number, and responses submitted voluntarily through Facebook or Instagram Lead Ads forms.
- Page and advertising data — aggregated insights, ad performance metrics, and page engagement data for pages and ad accounts we manage.
- Messaging data — messages sent to business pages we manage, where clients have authorized us to respond on their behalf.
We only access Meta data through official Meta APIs, in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
2. How We Use Personal Information
- To respond to inquiries and provide our services;
- To deliver marketing and advertising services on behalf of our clients, including routing leads to client customer relationship management (CRM) systems and follow-up workflows;
- To send transactional or service-related communications;
- To analyze and improve our website, services, and campaign performance;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use data received from Meta Platforms for any purpose other than providing the services described above.
3. How We Share Information
We may share personal information with:
- Our clients — lead and engagement data collected through campaigns we run is shared with the client on whose behalf the campaign was conducted;
- Service providers — trusted third-party platforms that support our operations, such as hosting providers, CRM systems, email platforms, automation tools, and analytics services. These providers are only permitted to use personal information to perform services for us;
- Legal authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
Some service providers may store or process data outside of Canada (for example, in the United States). Where data is processed internationally, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, meet contractual obligations to our clients, or comply with legal requirements. Lead data collected through advertising campaigns is transferred to the relevant client and removed from our systems in accordance with our data handling practices and client agreements.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
